Raced last night at Thruxton, they cut the race short due to lack of light. The end of Summer is here, which means the start of the CX season is here. I've already started some cx specific training and I'm looking forward to the season ahead but I still have a few road races to go so that I can stay in Cat 2. The season started late and I didn't get the results or opportunity I'd hoped for, races abandoned, cancelled or not getting entries for not having a road specific team.
Currently in the CX calendar are several European trips and National Trophy Races across the UK. I've got my second Covid jab booked and hopefully this will give me the freedom to race abroad.
